SHIPPING CHARGES:
Retail prices include shipping except for hooked rugs. PLEASE NOTE: Hooked rugs have a
flat shipping rate. In the past we were happy to lose a bit on the shipping in exchange
for this convenience, however; We have had a number of returns claiming "the color
was not the same as on my monitor" or "there was a loose thread on the
edge", etc. While we do not want you to keep a rug that you do not like, we are
forced to raise the shipping rates to cover our expenses. Hooked rug shipping rates as of
10/01/2003 are as follows:
